Power Rangers spoof
27 August 2006. Tagged videos
As a kid like most others I was a massive fan of power rangers, my god I thought they rocked. When doing just looking around on YouTube I found a video the spoofing the rangers. The video is called Rolling Bomber Special. It is good on many levels. First of all it is extremly odd which I enjoy. It is also something that many people don’t get to see, making it very different. Also it looks like it was a fan movie which I am a fan of. But when through it is a fan movie, it has extremly high production values. The mini movie managed to also transport me into being about 7 years old again. I hope you enjoy it.

I think that is far harder to make a good short movie than a great movie. The films that really did get me into the the whole short movie thing was the BMW films. The BMW film series The Hire began as a series of five short films (each about eight minutes long) produced for the Internet in summer 2001. The films were directed by popular and aspiring directors. All starred Clive Owen as “The Driver”.
The BMW site describes them as
BMW?s groundbreaking The Hire film series ignored conventions and created the phenomenon known as online films. The Web has never been the same since. These eight short films by critically acclaimed Hollywood directors effectively revolutionized the world of interactive entertainment, while showcasing the absolute limits of automotive high-performance exclusive to BMW. Over 100 million film views and numerous awards later, The Hire film series served as further proof that when it comes to innovation and technology, BMW has always been ahead of its time.
What ever they are really good will help to fill any free time you may have. The videos are in some kind of order, best to worst but it has been a while since I have watched some of them. The videos are powered by google videos
