I thought I would take the time to say, well done to Barack Obama for gaining office. This day is one that I will tell my children of,Â when the world became a more talent place. Where belief that every man,woman and child was born equal, was today proved to the world. For me personally, I could not be more overjoyed by this day. That America, a country that is seen as the world’s example, that has for so long lived under the shadow of ignorance, intolerance and Xenophobia has now walked out into the light. That in these troubled times, a man of conviction ,intelligence and grace is put in charge of a country that can make a difference through-out the world it means that today is a great day. Barack’s election today sends a message to the world, that tolernace does exist, that people’s of different races can work together for a better future. No one knows what the future may bring but can we live together peacefully and build a better future, in the word’s of Barack Obama himself, “Yes we can“.
